Update: Please note that we will now be conducting the headstone dedication at the Necropolis in the Spring of 2023. The Regiment will return to Moss Park Armoury following the Commemorative Ceremony at St Paul's Bloor Street.

The Annual Remembrance Day Parade will be held on November 6th, 2022, marching from Moss Park Armoury to the Regimental Cross of Sacrifice at St Paul's Bloor Street (227 Bloor St E). The purpose of this parade, which is held every year on the Sunday immediately preceding Remembrance Day, is to honour the Fallen of the Regiment and to commemorate their actions which have made the Regiment one of Canada's most storied. 

Itinerary

10:00 a.m. Parade at Moss Park Armoury
11:00 a.m. Ceremony at St Paul's Bloor St
12:00 p.m. Return to Moss Park Armoury and Dismissal 

Please note that parking will be extremely limited at Moss Park Armoury; we recommend that you consider public transportation to the event venue. There may be limited parking available near St. Paul's Bloor St at Manulife Headquarters (200 Bloor St E).

Update: The QOR Regimental Band will be performing inside the Great Hall from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Appointment of Honorary Colonel will take place shortly after the performance.

We also invite you to join us for Queen's Own Rifles Day at Casa Loma on November 5th, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. Admission to Casa Loma on this day is complimentary for current and former serving members of the Regiment. The Regimental Museum on the 3rd floor will be hosting various displays and exhibits throughout the day.

An Appointment of Honorary Colonel will be held at 3:30 p.m. in the front courtyard of Casa Loma for incoming Honorary-Colonel Major-General (Ret.) David Fraser, CMM, MSC, MSM, CD.
